Wedding Wednesday: Alie + Tyler

Alie and Tyler’s wedding day was simply beautiful. They are just the sweetest couple and we had so much fun dreaming up their big day; it could not have come together any better! From the venue to the florals everything was just stunning...

Their guest gathered with them at the Temecula Creek Inn on a beautiful day last October. The ceremony took place below an incredible flower arch nestled amongst lantern filled trees. The bride chose deep merlot to compliment the season and the bridesmaids really popped in their dresses in front of the lush greenery. The large moody bouquets done by AE Florals were to die for, as well as the décor with hints Spanish flair.

Yet nothing was more radiant than the Bride herself. Alie is truly beautiful inside and out and she illuminated the day with her natural wedding glow! Thank you for letting us be a part of your love story, we wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Wedding Wednesday: Erin + Andy

We knew right from the start that this couple was going to be a blast to work with. Erin and Andy are just so sweet and so down to earth. Every planning meeting leading up to their big day was beyond great.

The couple exchanged their vows in a beautiful ceremony at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. The Bride looked gorgeous in her gown with a pop of red lipstick to match her Bridesmaids bright and bold dresses! Both which we think really showcased their all around FUN vibe. Modern Bouquet did an outstanding job with the florals, so pretty! And if celebrating your love for each other with all your closest friends and family wasn’t enough, they also go to celebrate Andy passing the Bar exam just weeks before!

These two have so much ahead to look forward to and we wish them all the best in their beautiful life together. We truly LOVED working with a couple who were so obviously in love and happy!

Wedding Wednesday: Shanel and Louis' Glamorous Backyard Wedding

When you work with a bride that naturally exudes glamour, like our bride Shanel, we just knew her wedding was going to be absolutely stunning! Shanel and Louis got married at their family's breathtaking, wedding-ready home in Rancho Santa Fe, surrounded by their closest friends and family dressed in their black-tie-best.

All guests were greeted with tray passed champagne to start the celebration as they entered the breathtaking backyard. The beautiful couple exchanged their wedding vows during an elegant and very touching ceremony. The home's backyard and orange grove provided an absolutely perfect location and backdrop for their beautiful matrimony. After they said "I do" they happily celebrated the night away in a flower-filled tent at The Santaluz Club. Thanks to Amy at The Flower Shop Encinitas for overflowing the tent with lush white, blush and neutral blooms from top to bottom.

The band from Encore Entertainment was nothing short of amazing that night, and as soon as "Louie Louie" started (in honor of the groom and his father) everyone was singing along on stage! A raw moment we are certain will be recapped at family events for years to come. The desserts were a tasty hit consisting of pink velvet cake, Italian cookies and I mean who can resist a hand-piped cannoli bar by Roma Market!

As their romantic and fun filled wedding day came to an end, Shanel and Louis took their exit through a grand sparkler tunnel, because what's more fun than that! They headed off into newly wedded bliss and you can certainly see from the photos just how in love these two really are! We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are so happy we could be a part of their special day!

Wedding Wednesday: Marianne and Shane's Garden Inspired Wedding

Marianne and Shane’s wedding was truly such an incredible celebration of their love for each other. We were so thrilled to be a part of their big day and throughout the entire design process. We loved helping sweet Marianne bring her love for natural beauty and loads of fun throughout their entire wedding day.

Marianne and Shane’s day was full of so much love and fun from morning till night. The decor was filled with a secret garden vibe, romantic florals and greenery done so right by Annette Gomez. We had a slightly different color palette for each location. The ceremony was light in creams, ivories and peaches to compliment the bridesmaids gray dresses perfectly. We introduced a brighter and more playful color palette for cocktail hour then, the tented reception was dripping in beautiful lush greens with florals in full bloom everywhere. The guest spent the rest of their evening mingling and dancing the night away with Marianne, Shane and the rocking Might Untouchables!

We loved all the pretty little details of this garden inspired wedding. From the white hemstitched napkins, dipped raw silk ribbon, custom monogram coasters, and not to mention the beautifully overflowing goodies table! Also, if you are totally thinking the print work is so DARLING… you’re right, it is! We love all work created by the talented Suzy with Dear Darling Calligraphy Co. The close attention to detail is simply and effortlessly stunning. Aaron Huniu Photography and Taylor Films filmed every second to share and they did a beautiful job - take a peek below!
