I love to travel. So far, I've made it to seven different countries (eight by next month) and in order to add a little design fun to the nightmares that can occur during travel, I go through quite a bit of luggage decor. I've used ribbons, pom-poms, bright fabrics, and now I'm loving these luggage tags by Linnea Designs. These tags depicting the "Golden Age of Travel" are nostalgic, colorful, and only $5! I expect I'll be switching them out depending on my destination.

Wedding Wednesday: Inspiration Shoot from Cloudless Media

I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT CLOUDLESS! They are seriously the real deal. I am so glad that I found them and pretty much always want to use them as a vendor. :) Ryan, one of the founders and main shooters is so laid back and genuine. You will want to sit down and talk with him for hours. Ryan was nice enough to come and shoot our Inspiration shoot! See below!

So the background on the shoot... we decided to do 2 different looks in 1 day at an out-of-this-world house that had to be tip toed in and had a zillion stair cases, sharp edges, and 1 on a kind pieces that could not be broken! Needless to say we might have bitten into more then we could have handled BUT we did it and "well"! It was a long and busy day but so much fun :)

The first shoot was a spin on Greek Goddess. We wanted to play up the golden and black hues instead of the traditional cobalt blue, white and gold. We brought in the element of a family style dinner and the romance of lounge, candles, sweets and straight sexiness.

The second shoot was Modern Seaside Bliss. We were inspired by the house as it sat on the edge of Neptune in La Jolla and basically floated on the water. The house has sharp lines and very modern additions. Personally I am really into the interior decorating style of Seaside Coastal so I thought it would be fun to mix the two. I wanted to bring in bright colors, stark elements and lines.

Our main goal with these two shoots was practicality. Often inspiration shoots are incredible to look at but you find yourself thinking who would really do that, or who has the budget to do that. Both of these looks are completing achievable for any bride.
