This sweet couple was SUCH a joy to work with. I love them both and
enjoyed every minute I was able to spend with them. The planning was
done from afar as they both live in San Francisco, but the process was
seamless.
Their goal was to keep it a small wedding
but after sending out the first round of invitations and getting ALL
"yes's" they realized their small wedding would likely be a bit larger
then expected. It is hard being so loved :)
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was all held at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. Moments in Bloom
did a wonderful job on the florals, bringing her vision to life. Fluffy
white hydrangea was everywhere! The decor was classic with a modern
edge.
Dinner was as always delicious, the music was
spot on and the toasts were so heartfelt. After dining outside under the
romantic candlelight guests went inside to find a gorgeous spread of
sweets, more lounge sets and a very hopping dance floor.

Rancho Santa Fe Estate Wedding: Jenny and Karch!
One Incredible Family, One Incredible Couple, One Incredible Day! We had the total pleasure of working with this family for the course of a year as we planned out their dream wedding. With this being their only daughter they thought the house that she grew up in would be the perfect location. And that it was.
The ceremony took place at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, which again held significance and meaning to them as a family. 250 guests arrived at the ceremony and treated themselves to a lemonade stand and a custom made ceremony program. The ceremony was conducted by a close friend and pastor to the couple. He made the ceremony feel so intimate and truly was spirit filled. That could have been a hard task as Jenny and Karch have so many friends. A 15 person wedding party on each side can be tough to make feel intimate but trust us it was so personal and loving!
Following the ceremony guests were escorted to the home where the cocktail hour and reception was held. It was a 4 day install to get the home in perfect wedding transformation. It was worth every inch of sweat from all the hard working vendors as the actual product was stunning! The cocktail hour was held in the charming front lawn of the home. We had a custom swing with hanging frames for photo ops. Delicious appetizers and lounge sets to make people cozy and comfortable. Fun upbeat music was playing and the bar was serving cold signature drinks.
One of the many fun surprises was when the front door of the home was opened after cocktail hour and guests were escorted through to the floor to ceiling fabric draped walkway which was filled with varying heights of candles. It was magical! As soon as they walked through the romantic hallway it opened up wide to the grand staircase leading down into the large backyard which was transformed into Jenny and Karch's dream wedding. Hot air balloons were in the distance and the sun was just setting. The pool had a acrylic cover and the wood farm tables spanned over the course of the hardscape. Off to the the right was a pergola in a cross shape to signify their love for the Lord and his presence in the day. The florals from Blush Botanicals were spectacular and the hanging garlands with string lights and geometric lanterns above the tables were jaw dropping!
The music, the food, the toasts and the dancing were all hands down top notch. Guests were treated to an all inclusive experience as they joyfully celebrated the incredible couple.
Again a huge thanks to all the vendors who worked so hard on this event. Take a look at Josh Elliott's beautiful pictures of the day:
