Wedding Wednesday: Kim + Adam

Kim and Adam's wedding was such an honor and treat to be a part of. When deciding on where to get married, both Kim and Adam immediately knew that Kim's uncle's house in Santa Barbara would be the perfect place to tie the knot. Surrounded by the support from their family and friends, we converted the backyard into a gorgeous wedding venue in the remote hills in Ventura County.

All jaws dropped when Kim made her grand entrance from the house, around the pool, and up to the altar where Adam excitedly waited next to their officiant, Kim's cousin. The teary eyed vows exchanged between Kim and Adam made everyone weepy and overwhelmed with joy for the two families joining together.

Metal lanterns and wine bottles filled with stunning blooms laced the bar, poolside edges and lounge areas while MadMade's stunning floral arrangements and garland perfected each guests table. Soft market lights strung from palm tree to palm tree overhead casted a romantic glow all throughout the warm September night. Gourmet buffet stations were set up around the grounds, allowing guests to feast on seafood paella, veggie salads and mediterranean kebabs. After working up quite and appetite during the epic dance party, sugary hot churros were made on site and passed throughout the party. Of course the cake and mini cupcakes were devoured as well. At the end of the night, a decked out party school bus picked up all the guests and drove them down the mountain to their hotels.

Throughout the evening, we were constantly reminded by Kim and Adam's families that this wedding was one of pure love and true happiness for the bride and groom. We had so much fun completely transforming the backyard into Kim and Adam's perfect night.
